      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deploy a full-funnel media strategy across multiple brands and manage media budgets exceeding $30M
      - Collaborate with Amazon field sales, cross-functional teams, and agency partners to create effective retail media plans
      - Lead retail media relationships with agency partners to implement and optimize Amazon campaigns
      - Analyze campaign results and communicate insights to key stakeholders
      - Support long-range planning processes by integrating retail media plans with sales initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
      - Minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail, media, and/or brand marketing for consumer brands
      - Strong collaboration skills to work with various functions and external partners
      - Proficient in data analytics and developing actionable insights
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      - Previous media and/or Amazon experience
      - Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and manage media agencies effectively
      - Proactive, influential, and able to implement plans independently
      - Strategic and creative thinker with strong business acumen
      - Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
