      Position Overview:

      In this role you will leverage sales experience, mortgage products knowledge, collaboration and presentation skills, and your creativity to help discover, negotiate, and implement initiatives with a defined group of sellers while working closely with business partners across Freddie Mac.

      The Single Family Sales Senior is responsible for business management of a designated group of Freddie Mac sellers ranging in size and opportunity. This role requires a keen focus on leading and promoting activities impacting the seller experience, with the objective of growing market coverage, profitability, and technology integration goals.

      Our Impact:

      The Seller Engagement team directly supports the Freddie Mac Single-Family Acquisitions effort to deliver on our mission through engagement with sellers with products and tools that support the expansion of homeownership.

      Your Impact:

      • Lead a portfolio of sellers to ensure delivery of business value.

      • Foresee impediments in the culture, organization or systems environments and work effectively across organizations to resolve

      • Be regarded by the stakeholders (internally and externally) as a trusted and respected leader

      • Encourage to continuously improve integrated operating model

      • Strategize and collaborate with all business partners, including pricing, credit, servicing, affordable, legal and ensure all parties are informed

      • Have the flexibility to adapt to new and evolving market conditions and changes as you work your portfolio of accounts

      Qualifications:

      • 5-7+ years of mortgage industry experience preferred, and a proven ability to work independently

      • College degree or equivalent experience with a Business Management focus is preferred

      • Display the skills to make strategic business decisions that produce results

      • Established history of leading client engagements to position Freddie Mac growth with the seller

      • 2 + years of leadership experience and/or leadership experience in residential mortgage and/or capital markets related transactions preferred

      • Knowledge of GSE loan delivery and guideline requirements

      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

      • Proficiency in Salesforce

      • Strong leadership and partnership skills

      • Understanding of primary and secondary markets for residential mortgage origination

      • Proven ability to develop and manage strategic account plans & drive seller engagement in various seller business models

      • Ability to anticipate & solve problems with proven execution skills and ability to engage with all management levels effectively across the organization

      • Well-established sales & relationship leadership skills & industry participants

      • Ability to think creatively and execute in a manner meeting appropriate internal controls

      • Attention to detail

      • Ability to manage process and follow through on tasks

      • Effective communication skills, including comfort interacting with management and external partners

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $114,000 - $172,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
