      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and govern the technology framework for Supply Chain Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP)
      - Lead the migration from Excel to governed dbt frameworks in Snowflake and build forecast models
      - Manage data integration with NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring data quality and health
      - Conduct scenario planning and analytics for supply chain configurations and demand fluctuations
      - Train planners on template/dbt usage and mentor colleagues on best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Statistics, or a related field (MS preferred)
      - 6-10+ years of experience in planning science, particularly in forecasting and inventory optimization
      - Strong SQL and dbt experience, along with advanced Excel skills
      - Proven experience in product ownership of analytics or planning platforms
      - Demonstrated leadership in change management with measurable success

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ERP and CRM integration, preferably with NetSuite and Salesforce
      - Understanding of the K-12 education business model and its seasonality
      - Experience with complex demand scenarios involving kits and BOMs
      - Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data models to non-technical stakeholders
      - Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
