- Oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with land development, zoning, and site planning regulations.
- Conduct geotechnical analysis, soil testing, and foundation design.
- Implement stormwater management, hydrology, and erosion control measures.
- Coordinate with project teams and evaluate site constructability.
- Ensure safety standards and regulations are met.
- Produce technically sound designs using survey data and geotechnical reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PE license required.
- Civil3D experience.
- Minimum 5 years in civil engineering, especially in site development, grading, drainage, and utilities.
- Extensive knowledge of geotechnical analysis, soil testing, foundation design, stormwater management, hydrology, and erosion control.
- Familiarity with land development, zoning, site planning, surveys, and mapping.
- Understanding of utility design.
- Experience as a field, project, or construction engineer.
- NCEES certification a plus.

The Civil Engineer position will include responsibility for the TECHNICAL COMPLETION of civil engineering projects, including municipal market, residential design, site work development, and other civil design projects. The Civil Engineer must participate with multi-disciplined engineering teams to complete projects timely and within budget. Local, regional, and national travel for documenting existing conditions is part of the job.
