- Site Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining site/school coordination, implementation, and administration of all enrichment/academic programs for youth ages 5 to 18 - including program development and management.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, well-supervised after school enrichment program; be the liaison with staff, parents, collaborators, school management, and visitors to display the site and the program positively.
- Planning and preparation of the creative, fun learning environment, establishment of interest centers, and preparation of needed materials and supplies.
- Proficient in teaching an arts, technology or science class
- Responsible for local community outreach to youth and families
- Supervise staff and children to maintain a secure, safe environment for children
- Daily homework help with students in grades K-8.
- Prepare and implement age appropriate activities for students in grades K-8
- Supervise and participate in outdoor activities with students in grades K-8
- Supervise and train teacher on policies, procedures, and regulations
- Create and Implement lesson plans
- Complete necessary classroom reports.
- Attend staff meetings outside of work hours
- Initiate and follow-up on action items for new and/or routine projects, processes, and/or policies.
- Track orders/reports as necessary.
- Maintenance/Repair/Ordering of supplies for school equipment.
- Demonstrate ability to improve processes.
- Oversight of Payroll
- Screen/prioritize/direct incoming calls and email/correspondence taking appropriate actions as necessary.
