- Performs on-site management for the Task Order Contract.
- Management and Supervision of all Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-g) capabilities, systems, tools, personnel and activities associated with MTC operations.
- Works collaboratively with the Task Order Manager (TOM) and the MTC CDR, XO or S3/Operations Manager in direct support of training and technical missions.
- Lead s the deliberate mission analysis process in coordination with the functional managers and key stakeholders to include analyzing mission requirements against capabilities, defining objectives and priorities, coordinating, and assigning projects, and resolving problems. Coordinates exception to policy documents and rationale for site personnel.
- Supervise s the Operations Manager , Program Analyst , and Property Manager in the management of scheduling and travel planning to ensure accuracy of events and deliverables before approval by the designated government lead at the MTC , property accountability and management.
- Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects and tasks ensuring contractor staff remains cross-trained on all applicable Mission Command Systems to support surge training requirements.
- Manage s the coordination and execution of the task order mission training services for multiple unit exercises.
- Provides the Collective Training Support Leadership function on-site at the MTC during and outside of standard operating hours.
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
- Directs staff in the completion of daily operations, goals, and performance.
- Executes programs successfully by managing safety, quality schedule and costs.
- Supervises all aspects of Exercise planning and execution and coordinates with the MTC staff for Facility scheduling, Facility planning and maintenance, Security Operations, Facility Access Control, Supply Operations, Travel Planning, and Audio Visual / VTC in support of missions conducted at the Mission Training Complex.
- Responsible for maintaining the MTC Long-Range Training Calendar for contract personnel and ensuring coordination is conducted with the MTC leadership and staff regarding training events.
- Responsible to the MTC CDR to ensure the training provided is current, and all trainers are continuously conducting self-development/improvement to maintain training relevancy and proficiency.
- Provides leadership and direction across all MTC training teams and assumes operational control of all sub-contractors operating within or in support of the MTC under the MCTSP Contract.
- Ensure s supported Unit Leadership understand MTC capabilities regarding operations, training, technical support, simulations, and distribution methodologies.
- Assists in the implementation and enforcement of data governance, information management, and security rules for MCTSP contract personnel assigned to the MTC.
- Reports directly to the Task Order Manager.
- Fifteen (15) years ’ supervisory experience.
- Command & General Staff College or Intermediate Level Education (CGSC/ILE) or equivalent military schooling (MEL 4 Senior Service).
- Training Management experience IAW ADP 7.0, Training and TC 6-0.1 Mission Command Information Systems Integration Training and Qualification: Digital Crews.
- Specific Knowledge: Former Battalion or Brigade Commander or Battalion/Brigade XO/S3. Full understanding of the Army MCTSP.

Position Description
SUMMARY:
This position is a full time Exempt ( salary ) position, supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The Site Manager is the senior contractor and lead trainer on site responsible to assist the MTC Commander, XO or S3/Operations Manager in the execution of all manning, operations and training functions for the contract team within the Mission Training Complex (MTC).
