      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive site execution and act as the liaison between Digital Merchandising, Production, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience
      - Manage the product launch process, maintaining accurate records of all assets and approvals
      - Optimize the website daily by updating sorting, managing category setup, and monitoring site performance
      - Support QA across site, email, and product to ensure optimized customer journeys
      - Monitor competitive activity and customer trends to inform site strategy and present findings to the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
      - 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or marketing
      - Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new systems and tools
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      - Clear and confident communicator able to influence partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
      - Passion for the customer and digital shopping experience
      - Highly collaborative and team-oriented with a track record of partnering across teams
      - Analytical mindset with the ability to recognize and address inconsistencies in data
