- Oversees daily BH site operations, including managing appointment scheduling, billing procedures, and environment of care.
- Interview, select new staff and coordinate training of new and established non-clinical BH staff.
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
- Assumes responsibility for client charts and medical records, as well as the support staff who maintain them.
- Has the ability to cover any support staff position during illness, vacation, or leave of absence.
- Work with BH providers to meet productivity and address documentation concerns.
- With BH Clinical Leader’s support, will approve payroll, manage time off requests and effectively use resources to optimize productivity.
- Ensures BH site and team are meeting all quality improvement guidelines and requirements by county, state and federal entities as well as auditing agencies.
- Interacts with clients, gains customer feedback and addresses client complaints.
- Monitors clinic’s performance through reports and dashboards for overall BH clinic efficiency.
- Perform introductory and annual non-clinical employee reviews, competency forms and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help meet organizational and professional goals..
- The Site Operations Manager will set a climate of open and frequent communication to include; Huddle, People Link board, Gemba rounding, and adhering to Leader Standard of Work.

- Knowledge of BH clinic policies and procedures.
- Ability to operate office machines and computer workstation.
- Must have the ability to work various schedule desk including late hours and work.
- Must have a pleasant, professional attitude toward clients, co-workers and superiors. Teamwork skills a must.
- Must adhere to Clinica Sierra Vista’s employee health/immunization requirements or provide a valid exemption request for subsequent approval.

We're looking for someone to join our team as a Site Operations Manager who:
The Behavioral Health (BH) Site Operations Manager, with the support of the site BH Clinical Leader, is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the behavioral health center. The position functions as the onsite representative of BH administration, ensures best practices are exercised and provides management of CSV BH centers. The Site Operations Manager functions as the first point of contact for clients, employees and community partners with questions and/or concerns. The position works collaboratively with all clinical staff to ensure client flow, ordering of supplies and efficient management of clinical staff schedules to meet the need of the clients we serve. The Site Operations Manager promotes the Clinica Sierra Vista Production System (CSVPS) and ensures operational efficiency through daily management, monitoring and reporting of all BH clinic objectives. This position oversees one of the most important aspects (customer service) and is crucial to the efficient operation of the clinic.
