Job Description
- Req#: 01721069
- Execute fingerprinting for new employees.
- Conduct briefing/debriefings.
- Perform citizenship verification.
- Complete employee status changes.
- Processes all reportable events for the cleared employee population at Raytheon, Tucson which includes name changes, marriage/divorce, foreign travel, foreign contacts, and other adverse or incidents impacting employee clearance eligibility
- Typically requires a High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Previous personnel security experience working in government systems, such as DISS will be beneficial in this roles

The Site Security Specialist will work in the Local Site Security (LSS) office supporting Personnel Security processing. You will be detail oriented and proficient in database and Microsoft Office applications. Your ability to Effectively communication will be needed as the position collaborates with all personnel levels of the business.
