      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee construction activities across all project phases: planning, execution, and completion
      - Promote and enforce a strong safety culture through regular safety tours and meetings
      - Develop detailed project schedules, establish milestones, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery
      - Collaborate with contractors to optimize resource allocation and ensure compliance with contract specifications
      - Conduct site inspections and manage the Inspection and Test Plan regime

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 - 10+ years of experience in Construction, with 3+ years specializing in Engineering and Management on large-scale projects
      - Minimum Level 6/7 (NFQ) or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline
      - Proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure works and stakeholder management on major projects
      - In-depth knowledge of safety, health, and welfare regulations in construction
      - Familiarity with NEC4 contracts and commercial awareness on large-scale projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong leadership and team management skills with clear communication across all project stakeholders
      - Sound knowledge of railway construction processes, materials, and techniques
      - Additional professional qualifications in Engineering or Construction/Project Management advantageous
      - Membership or working towards MCIOB or MICE (or equivalent)
