      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Operations to understand and meet staffing needs effectively
      - Develop targeted recruitment strategies using diverse sourcing methods
      - Advertise and promote open positions through social media and marketing channels
      - Conduct presentations to local organizations and candidates about employment opportunities and company culture
      - Assess applicants' qualifications to best match them to open positions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
      - Two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
      - Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge of recruitment processes
      - Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization’s growth

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
      - Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting efforts
      - Experience presenting to groups and conducting recruitment events
      - Strong networking ability and resourcefulness in candidate sourcing
      - Energetic and magnetic personality to attract potential candidates
