What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Operations to assess and meet staffing needs effectively
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates
- Utilize various recruiting sources and promote open positions through social media and marketing
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs to generate interest in employment opportunities
- Conduct presentations to educate potential candidates about the company's culture, benefits, and growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and support the organization’s growth through strategic thinking
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist experience
- Advanced social media skills for both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
- Strong interviewing skills and resourcefulness in candidate assessment
- Proven networking ability and sales skills to attract top talent
- Positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in the community
