What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Operations to identify staffing needs and develop relationships with outside organizations
- Create targeted recruitment strategies to attract candidates from various sources
- Advertise open positions through social media and marketing channels
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs to generate applicants
- Conduct presentations about employment opportunities and company culture to local organizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute results effectively
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and building relationships with potential candidates
