What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Operations to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruiting sources to identify and attract candidates
- Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and presentations to promote employment opportunities
- Maintain contact with potential candidates and assist with the application process
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action reporting in the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and selection
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge of recruitment activities
- Energetic personality with strong networking and interviewing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist experience
- Advanced social media skills for recruiting purposes
- Experience with employment law practices related to recruitment
- Proven ability to develop creative and cost-effective recruitment strategies
- Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
