What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Operations to assess and understand staffing needs
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract candidates
- Utilize various recruiting sources and networks to identify potential hires
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs to promote open positions and company culture
- Conduct presentations about employment opportunities and maintain contact with potential candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be active duty U.S. Military member
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection preferred
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to organizational growth
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist experience
- Advanced social media skills for recruiting purposes
- Experience with employment law practices related to recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with groups and organizations
- Strong networking skills and resourcefulness
