What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with operations to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruiting sources to identify and attract candidates
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs extensively to promote open positions
- Conduct presentations to local organizations about employment opportunities and company culture
- Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to match them with suitable positions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and employment law practices
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational qualification
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and presenting to potential candidates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist experience
- Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
- Strong networking ability and sales skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and adaptability to support organizational growth
- Energetic personality with a desire to make a positive impact
