      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with operations to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
      - Utilize various sources to identify and recruit candidates, including social media and job fairs
      - Conduct presentations to local organizations about employment opportunities and company culture
      - Maintain contact with potential candidates and assist with the application process
      - Ensure compliance with affirmative action reporting throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
      - Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge of tasks
      - Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
      - Advanced social media skills for both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
      - Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting presentations
      - Strong interviewing skills and resourcefulness in candidate assessment
      - Ability to adapt and be flexible to support organizational growth
