What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Operations to understand and fulfill staffing needs
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract candidates from various sources
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs to promote open positions and build relationships
- Conduct presentations to local organizations and candidates about employment opportunities and company culture
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to support organizational growth
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
- Advanced social media skills for both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
- Comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
- Resourceful with excellent networking abilities
