      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Operations to identify and understand staffing needs
      - Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
      - Attend recruiting events and job fairs to promote open positions
      - Conduct presentations on employment opportunities and company culture to local organizations
      - Maintain contact with potential candidates and assist with the application process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
      - Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Strategic thinking skills and the ability to execute results

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
      - Advanced social media skills for both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
      - Experience in presenting to groups and conducting recruitment events
      - Strong networking abilities and resourcefulness in recruitment efforts
      - A positive attitude and a strong desire to make a difference in the workplace
