What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with operations to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruiting sources to identify and attract candidates
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs to promote open positions
- Conduct presentations to local organizations regarding employment opportunities and company culture
- Maintain contact with potential candidates and assist them through the application process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge of tasks
- Strong networking and interviewing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
- Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
- Experience in conducting presentations to groups
- Strong adaptability and flexibility to support organizational growth
- Energetic personality with a desire to make a difference
