Understand the artwork process, roles and responsibilities and how to fit this into the innovation project management process to deliver projects on time and in full.
Understand the Category and Brands you are working on, Brand DNA & guidelines and plans, priorities and volume per year.
As part of this exciting role, you will business partner Marketing and Research & Development (R&D) to ensure the on time in full delivery of all SCL innovation projects.
You will work in a truly cross functional team that also includes Category Planning, Procurement, Quality, Sourcing Unit (SU) Innovation teams, Collaborative Manufacturing Operations (CMO) and Finance.
Your key role is to coordinate all the different functions in supply chain (SC), to ensure SC activities are completed on time in full. For example, you will work with Category Planning on the sourcing allocation, link with Procurement on new raw and pack materials and support the capability assessment for new technology, including investment in SC.
In the case of existing technologies and smaller projects, you lead and drive all supply chain activities within the innovation process end to end (E2E) until launch/post launch evaluation.
You are also responsible for the SC inputs into the innovation business case and all IB documents. As part of this you also support transfer price delivery from Develop to Launch decision.
As the Portfolio owner you will manage the health and performance of your portfolio. This means you will help develop and implement portfolio strategies with Marketing and R&D that reduce complexity and/or improve the margin of your portfolio.
You will also support Category Planning in network optimisation projects to ensure future readiness and cost competitiveness in the long term.
You will also monitor with detailed analysis the portfolio health, in terms of number of products in/out, critical volumes and technical aspects in alignment with aligned thresholds.
Experience in either R&D or Supply Chain

JOB PURPOSE
As part of the PC Europe Supply Chain (SC) team, you will be responsible for the delivery of all SCL innovation projects that are launched in Europe. This is an opportunity to work on exciting new technology and innovation projects, that are driving the growth and turnover of the PC Category. You will be the SC lead on these projects from Start decision, until you finally see them on the shelves in store! You will manage a specific portfolio within the SCL Category and fully own everything that happens to this portfolio. As well as innovations, this means you will also work on complexity reduction projects and important margin improvement projects, that will ensure we successfully deliver profitability and growth for PC EU. You will also be part of a fun and diverse Skin Cleansing P&I team.
