Job Description

- Educate and inspire customers to learn more about their personal skincare needs and the unique benefits of Dermalogica products
- Conduct Face Mapping analysis and provide personalized skin care treatments
- Maintain and increase knowledge of Dermalogica's product line and treatments by attending training sessions
- Achieve monthly and yearly Retail and Service productivity expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
- California Esthetician License required
- Minimum of two plus (2+) years of experience working in a sophisticated retail environment required
- Knowledge and professional experience with Dermalogica products and concepts are highly desired
- Previous experience in a treatment room preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and point-of-sale system
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), opening and closing shifts required
- Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the store: 1022 Montana Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90403

You will have the opportunity to provide clients with a full range of personalized skincare solutions and services, including Face Mapping consultations, personalized skin care treatments, and home-care solutions.
