- Must have valid Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech Language Pathology program
- Must be a CQ clinician
- Highly compliant with all FOX, Federal, State and payer regulations, policies and procedures in delivery of outpatient rehabilitations services
- Thorough understanding of SLC workplace health and safety requirements.
- Travel to face-to-face meetings, FOX Tours, and other travel may be required as practice needs dictate.
SLC LEAD CLINICIAN

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Living Community Lead Clinician in Tucson, AZ. The clinician selected for this position will work closely with the Regional Director, and Director of Senior Living Partnerships. Although listed as full-time, the hours are based on the CQ of the person filling the role.
The SLC Lead Clinician will implement and lead the FOX Restoring Balance Plus Program! The SLC Lead Clinician will meet biweekly contract quota expectations and will take on the administrative responsibilities of the Fox clinicians within the SLC. The SLC Lead Clinician is responsible for assisting with SLC staff development and in-service scheduling and tracking; developing and maintaining optimal resident engagement; assisting with strategy and implementation of local strategic marketing plan for the community; orienting new employees to community specific policies and workflows for SLC; assisting the Regional Director in leading the SLC Fox team and other administrative duties as requested; performing the management team’s Quarterly Partnership Review Meeting in conjunction with the Regional Director and/or Director of Senior Living Partnership.
