      Overview

      Slot Dual Rate Attendant
      The Slot Dual Rate Attendant encourages new guest enrollments into the Players Club while acknowledging and maintaining all aspects of slot related duties, such as identifying jackpots, generating documents through the online system, and answering all guest questions.


      Responsibilities

      • Assists Slot Shift Supervisors with any duties designated

      • Observes slot machine play

      • Verifies and/or pays customers for jackpots and signs required forms

      • Services machines when minor malfunctions occur

      • Verifies jackpots within certain level and signs required forms

      • Monitors assigned slot area for situations requiring attention or action

      • Ensures compliance with Federal currency reporting regulations


      Qualifications

      • Minimum 21 years of age or above

      • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license

      • Slot Attendant experience in casino preferred.

      • Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional, and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.

      • Ability to count paper and coin currency quickly and accurately.

      • Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required

      Pay Range

      USD $7.25 - USD $7.25 /Hr.
      • Minimum 21 years of age or above

      • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
