What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate sales units to meet or exceed sales quotas through effective telesales methods
- Cultivate and develop a business/sales referral network from other sales divisions
- Perform insurance needs analysis for prospects and clients to provide tailored solutions
- Work with insurance carrier underwriters to develop business relationships and manage objectives
- Write and process sales contracts in accordance with operational guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
- Relevant Insurance License; eligibility for licensing in all 50 states required
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check for licensing eligibility
- Timely updating and verification of any changes to state licenses required
