What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work on small commercial underwriting team supporting small business owners
- Develop and price individual risks accurately
- Partner with territory sales rep to achieve profit and growth objectives
- Build and leverage relationships with key agents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and Insurance experience
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think analytically about business problems and propose solutions
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and sell effectively
- Flexibility to travel approximately 10%

- Demonstrated progress during the Training Program and passing scores on all assessments
