What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee clinical quality, patient safety alignment, and workflow validation across sites
- Coordinate with clinical leadership and service-line subject matter experts
- Provide oversight and guidance to specialty support teams during surge operations
- Identify and mitigate clinical risk during go-live and stabilization periods
- Ensure adherence to clinical best practices and policy requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active NP board certification, or
- Internal Medicine Physician with an MD or DO from an accredited U.S. or Canadian institution and a current, active, full, unrestricted physician license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical oversight during electronic health record deployments
- Familiarity with Veterans Affairs clinical processes and policies
- Strong leadership and communication skills in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Previous experience in operational stabilization support roles
