What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Welcome new students and guests to SOAR programs, providing excellent customer service
- Support daily logistics of the SOAR program to ensure a seamless experience for all participants
- Facilitate small group discussions on academic and campus culture
- Engage with new students through social evening programs
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the campus community, representing the OSTFE values and mission

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enrolled as a full-time, undergraduate UW-Madison student through Fall 2024 semester
- Current residence is a valid United States address
- Ability to work in-person for the full duration of the position
- Good academic and non-academic standing with the University
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse populations
