      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Expertly communicate with students and families before, during, and after their SOAR experience
      - Assist students and families with making and editing reservations in the SOAR Reservation System database
      - Serve as the first point of contact for students and families during SOAR check-in
      - Collaborate with a team of Orientation Assistants to support the daily operations of the SOAR program
      - Prepare orientation materials and inventory orientation supplies
      - Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the campus community regarding OSTFE as a front desk representative
      - Provide support for OSTFE initiatives and programs throughout the year

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Enrolled as a full-time, undergraduate UW-Madison student through Fall 2024 semester
      - Must be in good standing academic and non-academic with the University
      - Comfortable with frequent movement during in-person program dates
      - Maintains an "all in" commitment to easing the UW-Madison transition for students and families
      - Ability to work and communicate professionally with a diverse community
      - Self-driven learner with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to balance work requirements and a fun team atmosphere with peers
