What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts as the first line of defense
- Assist with incident identification and escalation to higher tiers
- Support the broader security team in maintaining customer security posture
- Analyze logs and alerts to identify patterns and respond to incidents
- Configure and utilize security tools such as EDR, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, including threat hunting and response
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+/Network+, CySA+, CEH, or similar
- Strong experience with security tools including IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in multiple languages is an asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and Cyber Kill Chain
- Experience in the configuration and use of EDR and cloud integrations in an XDR platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
