      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports and escalations
      - Break down complex SOC concepts and product behavior to ensure partner understanding
      - Lead calls with partners for high-severity incidents, documenting decisions and aligning on next steps
      - Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and product behavior
      - Advocate for partner needs and address security concerns with timely responses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday
      - Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and commitment to continuous learning
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic ticket queue
      - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while knowing when to escalate or seek help

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in MSP or Help Desk roles supporting multiple customers
      - Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Entra, especially around identity and phishing scenarios
      - Basic understanding of SIEM concepts and log analysis
      - Basic understanding of networking concepts related to VPNs and IP addresses
