What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an audit focal point, preparing, requesting, tracking, and reviewing audit documentation to meet controls
- Organize, review, and evaluate controls and evidence, providing guidance to stakeholders across the company
- Identify gaps in processes, procedures, and policies to meet control objectives and manage remediation efforts
- Develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of audit deliverables
- Supervise and mentor other SOC2 Type II Audit Associates to ensure audit objectives are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems, Business Management Information Systems, Information Security and Assurance, Risk Management, or related major; four years of Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Audit experience can be substituted
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification
- Experience with SOC2, SOC1, ITGC, or other related audits preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels

- Ability to manage comprehensive audit control sets and organize large amounts of data effectively
- Proven success in project coordination with critical deadlines in complex environments

- Initiative to identify issues and propose solutions that add value beyond compliance
