What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of a strategically aligned influencer marketing program
- Establish and align key KPIs for influencer campaigns to ensure clarity of objectives
- Build and refine systems for tracking and measuring influencer ROI
- Draft, schedule, and publish daily posts across all social media platforms
- Monitor trends and engage with the online community to enhance brand presence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles within the aesthetics, skincare, or health industry
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and collaborative mindset
- Spanish language skills are desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with influencer marketing and social media management
- Familiarity with content creation and digital asset organization
- Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting in a marketing context
