What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute assigned social compliance audits for clients, primarily in the U.S.
- Prepare audit reports in a complete, accurate, and timely manner for submission
- Provide customer support as the audit service stream program manager for selected large global accounts
- Contribute technical input to the development of operating procedures and methodologies for audit services
- Support the training and development of junior auditors while participating in audits as a team member

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in professional services and/or auditing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing teams of professionals
- APSCA CSCA certification
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

- Significant knowledge of social audits and service delivery methodologies for audit services
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Strong skills as a team leader with effective oral and written communication skills

- Technical aptitude for quickly assimilating and assessing new information
