What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor social media mentions of brands using a social listening tool
- Notify internal stakeholders of negative social media posts
- Create and distribute social listening dashboards and reports to track volume and complaints
- Compile findings from various sources into comprehensive reports and presentations
- Maintain the social listening tool, including filters, brands, topics, and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in social media research and reporting
- Highly organized work style with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong ethical standards and a cooperative attitude
- Reliability and responsibility in fulfilling job obligations
- Persistence in overcoming challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Sprout, or Sprinklr
