      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and curate content across all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency
      - Create high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written copy
      - Track performance of social and communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations
      - Cultivate meaningful interactions within the online community and respond to engagement opportunities
      - Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing and communication campaigns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Media, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in social media and corporate communications; financial services experience is a plus
      - Proficient with social media and content management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
      - Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization
      - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various channels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with design and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
      - Demonstrated success in collaborating across departments to support business goals
      - Deep understanding of key social platforms and best practices for B2B audiences
      - Strong project management and organizational abilities
      - Knowledge of AP Style and professional communication standards
