What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, write, and design engaging social media posts across various platforms
- Plan and schedule content utilizing social media management tools
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to audience comments and messages
- Regularly update and maintain website and landing pages for brand consistency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and stay current with digital trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, graphic design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to create compelling social media content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with social media management platforms and website editing tools, such as HubSpot or Wix
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure or experience in the real estate industry
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Video editing skills
- Strategic mindset for social media marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
