      Department Overview:

      The REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) has been an active trade association for more than 100 years, and is comprised of REALTORS® and Affiliate members providing real estate related services to home buyers and sellers across south central Wisconsin. RASCW has members conducting business from more than 800 offices in 10+ counties throughout the area. The primary purpose of RASCW is to serve its members by providing programs and benefits that assist them to successfully conduct their business with a vision of the future, and with the highest degree of professionalism and cooperation. In addition, RASCW and its members work to protect and promote home ownership and real estate investment throughout south central Wisconsin.

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      Key Responsibilities

      • Create social media posts, flyers, and promotional material for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, company website, printed materials)
      • Assist in planning and scheduling content for all social media platforms.
      • Support email marketing efforts (copywriting, layout, segmentation, reporting).
      • Monitor social channels for engagement, respond to comments/messages, and identify opportunities for community interaction.
      • Help develop campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
      • Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends and content ideas.
      • Assist with photography and short-form video production.
      • Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
      • Collaborate with team members on various projects and events.
      • Brainstorm new ideas to grow our online presence and improve our brand storytelling.

      Qualifications:

      • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
      • Strong writing and communication skills.
      • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
      • Familiarity with major social media platforms and understanding of current trends.
      • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
      • Creative mindset with interest in branding and digital media.
