  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage daily scheduling and publishing of content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  - Execute the social content calendar with accuracy and attention to detail
  - Conduct final quality checks on all content prior to publishing
  - Assist with editing and preparing short-form video content for social-first formats
  - Monitor social media trends and support community engagement through comment moderation and direct messages
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social marketing and content creation
  - Proven experience in building, growing, and maintaining social media channels
  - Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in executing content calendars and ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms
  - Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Analytics)
  - Highly creative with an eye for visual content
  - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  - Collaborative team player with brainstorming abilities
