What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take full ownership of a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy for owned cruise brands
- Manage the entire content lifecycle: ideate, create, and publish engaging content tailored to various social media platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators to enhance brand visibility
- Plan, deploy, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to drive engagement
- Continuously monitor and analyze key social media metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management with a proven record of community growth
- Deep familiarity with all major social media platforms, particularly video-first platforms like TikTok and Instagram
- Demonstrated experience in executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Proven ability in building and managing influencer partnerships
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and proficiency in short-form video creation/editing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with design tools to enhance content creation
- Background in travel or leisure marketing
