      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and execute the company's social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube)
      - Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, social copy, and interactive media
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to support paid social initiatives and monitor ad performance
      - Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to improve strategies and campaign effectiveness
      - Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in Marketing or demonstrated experience in digital marketing
      - 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related role
      - Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
      - Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Later, Google Analytics)
      - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling written and visual content

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graphic design or video editing skills
      - Experience with website content management or landing page creation
