      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead development and execution of social media strategies for a public health awareness campaign
      - Create, write, and manage engaging social media content that promotes behavioral health resources
      - Collaborate with creative teams to produce campaign materials aligned with brand guidelines
      - Oversee the social media content calendar and manage day-to-day platform activities
      - Analyze social media performance metrics to inform campaign adjustments and strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public health, journalism, or a related field
      - 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital communications campaigns
      - Proven experience drafting and publishing content for major social media platforms
      - Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite
      - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in public health, behavioral health, or community outreach campaigns
      - Knowledge of digital engagement strategies for diverse audiences
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Experience coordinating social media messaging with community partners
