What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a culture-first social programming approach to enhance brand visibility
- Create real-time content opportunities across social platforms
- Establish clear creative principles that differentiate the brand
- Concept, shoot, and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative cohesion and cultural relevance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in social content, brand storytelling, or creative strategy (agency or brand-side)
- Proven success in creating engaging social content that resonates with audiences
- Hands-on creative skills in conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and writing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Deep love of dogs, design, and culture, with an understanding of pet wellness and lifestyle
- Experience with content creation tools such as CapCut and Premiere
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, emotionally resonant content
