What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and own the social media strategy, setting clear goals and KPIs

- Track and report on social media performance, using data to optimize strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn

- Ability to analyze social media performance and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience in community engagement and influencer relationship building
- Familiarity with PR and thought leadership integration in social media strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with media agencies or in a marketing/PR role
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and best practices
- Previous experience ghostwriting for executives or senior spokespeople
- Familiarity with current trends in social media and digital marketing
- Strong network within the industry that can be leveraged for engagement
