What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Curate engaging posts, images, videos, and stories to enhance audience interaction
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and fostering positive interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams for content creation and scheduling
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital agency or in-house setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media and website design best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing large-scale community management or social monitoring programs
- Background in developing, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns
- Creative design skills and influencer marketing experience
- Expertise with enterprise-level social media platforms such as Sprout Social and Sprinklr
- Broader content marketing experience
