      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility
      - Create and manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely content publication across platforms

      - Moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum four (4) years of experience in social media management, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Proficiency in major social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong storytelling and creativity capabilities
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
      - Familiarity with social media management and reporting tools such as Loomly and Google Analytics
      - Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
      - Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels
      - Positive attitude and detail-oriented approach to tasks
