      This is a part-time remote position.

      Approximately 20-30 hours per week.

      Ideal Candidate:

      We are seeking to add a part-time social media specialist to the team who is passionate about helping women uncover what truly matters and set and accomplish goals that add up to an intentional life. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is driven, enthusiastic, and excited about collaborating with the Cultivate What Matters team and engaging our vibrant community. You are a strong written and verbal communicator and enjoy helping others. You are efficient and can manage your time wisely while handling multiple tasks. You are constantly innovating and finding areas of improvement and opportunity. You understand that it takes a lot of grit and resilience to work at a small, growing business and you're willing to be agile and strategic. You value the diverse skills of a team to learn and grow from one another. This position reports to the Director of Marketing of Cultivate What Matters.


      Job Qualifications:

      • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      • Comfortable producing content and speaking to customers in large-group settings and in-front of the camera
      • Expert understanding of various social media platforms with their respective strengths and weaknesses. Knowledge of how they all can be leveraged to help engage an audience and grow a business
      • Experience in affiliate marketing preferred
      • Experience in e-commerce is not required, but is a plus
      • Understand how AI integrates into your role

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Create and implement a social media strategy for Cultivate, collaborating with the team
      • Engage with our current audience and grow our social media reach through photos and videos
      • Research new and innovative ways to acquire new customers through social media
      • Increase affiliate revenue YOY through Shopify Collabs and other affiliate platforms
      • Act as the company liaison to affiliates, building those relationships on an ongoing basis
      • Manage groups by responding to inquiring and monitoring comments

      • Other duties as assigned

      Compensation & Benefits:

      • Starting compensation for this position is $20-28 per hour, based upon experience
