      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the execution of the employer's social media strategy across corporate and clinic-level channels
      - Assist with content planning and publishing, including writing captions and preparing assets for approval
      - Collaborate with creative and clinical partners to develop educational and brand-aligned social content
      - Maintain day-to-day channel management, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
      - Track, organize, and report on social performance metrics, providing insights for optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
      - 3–5 years of hands-on social media experience, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
      - Working knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics)
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organized content workflows
      - Detail-oriented and proactive with a collaborative spirit

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, wellness, or nonprofit
      - Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, FTC)
