  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Create Voice of Customer reports using social listening data to assess user sentiment and risk
  - Analyze and synthesize complex or high-visibility issues in real-time
  - Moderate Rover-owned social media communities and manage customer escalations
  - Collaborate with leadership across multiple locations to improve customer experience and policies
  - Educate users on safety and security within the Rover community
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Experience managing social media channels with a significant following
  - Bachelor’s Degree in communication, public relations, or equivalent experience
  - Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role handling escalated interactions
  - At least 2 years of experience with social media or public communications
  - Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience using Rover as a pet owner or sitter
  - Familiarity with CRM tools and/or ZenDesk
  - Background in social media-focused projects or campaigns
  - Experience providing phone, email, and/or chat support
