What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor social media platforms for high-priority brand mentions and escalate issues to relevant teams
- Identify and track high-impact content and engagement opportunities for proactive responses
- Notify stakeholders of real-time alerts and deliver summarized social insights to inform marketing strategies
- Maintain a repository for proactive opportunities and brand safety alerts for trend analysis
- Ensure documentation supports historical tracking and knowledge sharing across teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- 2 - 4 years of experience managing social communities for brands or organizations
- High-level understanding of various digital channels and their applications
- Previous experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr or Khoros
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a typing speed of 40 words per minute
